Senator Duncan announced a minority caucus. Senator Taylor announced a majority caucus. HB 45 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 45(FIN) was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Kerttula moved that SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 45(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 12. Senator Taylor objected. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 45(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment?" Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 45(FIN) was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
